Ce drepturi aveti?

Conform noului Regulament pentru Protecţia Datelor cu Caracter Personal, aveţi o mulţime de drepturi:

1. Dreptul de a fi informat cu privire la modalitatea în care datele dumneavoastră cu caracter personal sunt utilizate (cum ar fi această pagină).

2. Dreptul de a accesa datele personale pe care le avem despre dumneavoastră.

3. Dreptul de a solicita corectarea informaţiilor eronate pe care le avem despre dumneavoastră.

4. Dreptul de a solicita ştergerea datelor dumneavoastră,de a înceta procesarea sau colectarea datelor cu caracter personal, în anumite circumstanţe.

5. Dreptul de a solicita transferul sau portarea datelor către dumneavoastră sau un alt furnizor de servicii

CE INFORMAȚII COLECTĂM DESPRE DUMNEAVOASTRĂ?

Prin platforma „Facebook” nu avem acces direct la datele dumneavoastră cu caracter personal, cu următoarele excepții:

- Vă putem contacta doar dacă, în prealabil, dumneavoastră ne-ați contactat mai întâi;

- Dacă ne dați „Like”, vă putem accesa profilul de Facebook și datele cu caracter personal pe care le aveți disponibile public;

- În momentul în care vă postați o fotografie și vă dați „check-in” în clinica noastra, administratorii paginii pot accesa fotografia dumneavoastră;

- Dacă distribuiți o postare a noastră pe profilul dumneavoastră personal, sau dacă distribuiți o postare personală în cronologia paginii clinicii nostre, sau recomandați clinica nostra unei alte persoane, atunci administratorii paginii sunt notificați despre activitatea dumneavoastră pe pagina de Facebook.

CUM FOLOSIM INFORMAȚIILE DESPRE DUMNEAVOASTRĂ?

Toate informațiile mai sus menționate despre dumneavoastră sunt accesibile exclusiv administratorilor paginii clinicii. Nu vindem și nu trimitem datele dumneavoastră către alte entități.

MARKETING

Ocazional este posibil să folosim serviciul de promovare profilată oferit de platforma Facebook, în condițiile stabilite de compania Facebook, pe care le puteți accesa din secțiunile „Termeni și condiții”, respectiv „Politica de confidențialitate” a paginii.
